These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and AGN88 as the platform operator ("Company"). This document applies to all individuals who access, browse, or use any services, products, or content provided through the AGN88 platform, whether via the website, mobile app, or any other channel recognised by the Company.
